The TFE Hotels Collection operates an online platform for the mediation of hotel rooms, suites, and additional services in selected properties. The contractual partner for the booking is the respective hotel; the platform acts as an intermediary. All information regarding availability, prices, and services is based on current reports from the hotels and may change at short notice.
You undertake to provide truthful and complete information when booking. The transfer of access data to third parties is not permitted. Any misuse of the platform, in particular automated queries or bookings for speculative purposes, is prohibited and may result in the suspension of access.
The TFE Hotels Collection is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. The respective hotel is liable for the actual provision of the booked services. The platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of reviews or descriptions by third parties. Claims arising from the use of the website are limited to the booking value.
The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to hotel bookings, as these are services with a fixed date. Cancellation conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the booked hotel. In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel may demand the full booking price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes by email or by a notice on the website. Use of the platform may be terminated at any time by the user or by us for good cause. Bookings already made remain unaffected by the termination.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the competent court in Vienna.
