Explanations and Definitions

The following explanations serve to clarify and avoid misunderstandings in the interpretation of our offers, service descriptions, and contractual provisions. They are a binding part of the General Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Services and Booking Basis
All described services refer to the specific booking period and the booked room category. Variations in the amenities of individual rooms are possible and will be communicated before the booking is completed.
- The room category "Suite with Sea View" exclusively includes rooms of the highest category in the main building.
- The personal concierge service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The infinity pool is heated seasonally from May to October.
- Exclusive access to the spa lounge applies only to guests with a booked suite.
Culinary Offers and Meals
The menus of our restaurants are subject to seasonal changes. The listed dishes and beverages may vary without prior notice.
- The gourmet restaurant "Terroir" exclusively uses ingredients from regional producers within a radius of 50 km.
- The wine pairing exclusively includes wines from the Styria and Burgenland regions.
- In case of intolerances or allergies, please inform the service staff before ordering.
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the desired date.
Wellness and Spa Area
Use of the spa area is included in the room price, unless otherwise stated. Treatments and massages can be booked separately.
- The Finnish sauna and steam bath are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The heated outdoor pool has a water temperature of 28 °C and is usable year-round.
- Treatments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations of treatments are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
General Information on Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Any local taxes or visitor's taxes are not included and will be charged on site.
- The stated room price applies per night and per room, unless otherwise noted.
- Breakfast is included in the price, provided this was expressly agreed upon during booking.
- Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival.
- For cancellations within 48 hours before arrival, the full booking amount is due.
Liability and Warranty
The LuxStay Resort is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, natural events, or official orders. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
- No liability is assumed for brought valuables. Please use the hotel safe.
- In case of damage to hotel property by guests, the full replacement value will be charged.
- The warranty for booked services expires if the guest does not complain in writing within 14 days after the stay.
- No liability is assumed for accidents in the play area for children under 6 years of age.
